Comments from mediation clients
“I just want to congratulate you on an amazingly run and well controlled mediation, especially given the circumstances thereof.”

“Michelle created an atmosphere of profound respect which, in my view, is the ground of being of any good mediation. It is to be acknowledged that yesterday’s matter comprised some deeply complex aspects for mediation and the way in which you navigated this territory in a deeply grounded and respectful way was a great inspiration.”

“Thank you very much for your gentle touch over the last two days. The interaction has been very beneficial for the team and X.”

Michelle believes in the transformative power of constructive engagement in conflict and the importance of bringing matters to a sensible conclusion at the earliest opportunity by focusing on the balancing of interests rather than the assertion of rights.
